In addition to in-person counseling, many of our therapists offer telehealth options for their clients. Learn more about our therapists in Central Park, Centennial, and Colorado Springs to find the therapist that is right for you.

Finding the right therapist for your specific needs and goals is vital to ensuring you get the most out of your counseling experience. With that in mind, Voyages offers free, no-obligation phone consultations with all of our therapists. In these phone calls you can explain your reasons for seeking counseling, discuss potential goals, and learn more about your potential therapist’s background and work-style to see if you two would be a good fit.

Women face a unique set of challenges and expectations. With the possibility of juggling conflicting, time-taxing roles of being a mother, coworker, daughter, friend, and wife, it can sometimes become a very difficult balancing act leaving some women feeling stretched thin. If you are experiencing feelings of burnout and exhaustion from your roles, or are struggling to master one, it can be helpful to reach out for support. Our therapists will help you discover new ways to organize, prioritize, and create healthy relationship skills with those in your life.

Whether there are children involved or not, divorce and separation is never an easy process to go through. If you and your spouse or partner have decided that it is time to seek other pursuits apart from one another, even the most mutually-beneficial and amicable separations can bring up emotions that can be difficult to navigate. Finding a therapist you can trust to help work through this new chapter of you and your former partner’s lives can be a great way to shift perspectives from an ending to a new beginning. Our therapists will help you and your former partner maneuver your new-found roles as co-parents and create strategies to open new lines of fair communication and cooperation.

Career counseling (i.e. career guidance) is counseling centered in helping individuals in the stages of choosing, changing, or leaving a current career in the pursuit of something new. This can happen at any stage of life. Choosing or changing a career can be a very stressful, though exciting, time for individuals. It can bring up feelings of fear and uncertainty but also optimism for the future. If you are considering changing course in your professional life, whether for the first, second, or third time, we at Voyages are here to help. We will help you outline your personal strengths, identify personal passions, and discuss potential new professional pursuits.
