Take a moment to think about the areas this protocol is targeting. Write about any events, situations, or relationships that have come up recently and how they relate to these focus areas.

Examples:

• Did you notice any triggers or challenges related to this area?

• Have there been any positive or negative shifts in this area?

• Have you felt calmer, more reactive, or neutral?

• Have you noticed any emotional shifts in specific situations?

Reflect on any behaviors that may be fading or changing as a result of the neurofeedback.

Questions to Consider:

• Are there any habits, reactions, or struggles that feel less intense or frequent?

• Are you noticing any improvement in how you respond to stress, relationships, or challenges?

• Are there moments when you felt more in control or regulated than before?

Do you see a reduction in the negative symptoms or struggles you hoped to reduce or eliminate?

Questions to Consider:

• How would you rate your progress since beginning this protocol?

• Are there specific symptoms or struggles that feel less prominent?

• Have you experienced any new or unexpected benefits?

Write down any thoughts, questions, or concerns you would like to discuss during your session.

By regularly completing this journal, you’ll help track your progress and identify patterns that can inform your neurofeedback journey. Share these reflections with your practitioner during the session to deepen the impact of your work.
