We all long for and need connection, I believe relationships are transformative and help us make meaning of who we are and how we want to show up in the world. Many of us long for connection and yet find it difficult to achieve that. My approach considers attachment and culture. I want to help cultivate a better understanding of emotional needs, exploring how early childhood relationships and experiences shape attachment patterns and influence our behaviors and perceptions in our current relationships. It’s also important to explore the impact societal norms play on our worldview. Our culture influences how we experience the world and how we approach and are in relationships with others. Together we can explore themes and patterns that interfere with authentic connection.

What Sessions will be like:

People describe me as direct, funny, and gentle. My clients often tell me they feel very at ease with me and cared for. I believe every individual’s change process requires attention, time, and love. I will work hard to offer you space to be reflective and curious about themes and patterns in your life. I have a genuine desire to connect with my clients and form a trusting and growth-fostering relationship.

A Little More About Me

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, my partner, and our dog. Some of our interests include hiking Colorado’s beautiful trails, traveling, cooking, and getting out to hear live music. I’m an avid gardener and music lover and I just picked up photography as a new hobby. I enjoy the challenge of learning something new.

Especialidad
