Bio:

Hi! My name is Mary Grace, and I’m a compassionate and down-to-earth psychotherapist who’s all about helping people heal and grow in a way that feels true to them. I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach, which means I focus on your unique strengths and what matters most to you. I believe in keeping it real—authenticity is at the heart of my work—and I strive to create a space where you can show up as your full self, without fear of judgment.

I see the mind and body as deeply connected, so I often bring in somatic practices to help you tune into what’s happening in your body. It’s amazing how much insight and healing can come from paying attention to those physical sensations. My goal is to work with you to create a personalized approach that supports your self-discovery, helps you tap into your strengths, and make meaningful changes in your life.

I have experience working with children, pre-teens and teens, adults, and families. I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment in which clients can feel safe, validated, and seen as they unique person that they are.

At the end of the day, I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s ups and downs, believing wholeheartedly in your ability to thrive. Together, we’ll work toward greater balance, understanding, and fulfillment—one step at a time.

Education/Background:

I hold a degree in Psychology with minors in Criminology, Sociology, and Leadership & Public Service from the University of Missouri, and Master of Social Work from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work. I have also completed one year of the Denver Family Institute Marriage and Family Therapy training program. I am passionate about continuing to grow and learn to be able to provide the best care for my clients.

Outside of the therapy space, I like to spend time with my loved ones. I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, going to the movies, and having game nights with friends. I love animals and I am currently fostering pugs until they find their forever homes.
