Bio:

I’ve lived in Colorado since 2011 and love spending time outdoors whenever I can. Whether hiking, gardening, or working on projects around the house, I make a conscious effort to slow down and stay grounded. Life moves quickly, so I try to practice what I encourage my clients to do: find balance, care for physical and spiritual wellness, and appreciate the small moments that make life meaningful.

What Sessions Are Like

The look and feel of our sessions depend on you and what brings you in, but my approach is always relational and authentic. I’m the same person inside and outside the therapy room: approachable, genuine, and focused on creating a comfortable environment where real progress can happen.

Because I’m continually learning, I integrate both my training and collaboration with other professionals into my work. Clients often share that my approach feels disarming and approachable, helping make counseling less intimidating than they expected. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you gain insight, clarity, and the tools you need to move forward in a healthier direction.

Specialty Areas

With many years of experience in both agency and private practice settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents, families, couples, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and unhealthy coping patterns. My therapeutic style is relational and integrative, drawing from evidence-based interventions that are tailored to each client’s goals.

I’m especially passionate about helping teens and parents navigate the complexities of family systems, communication breakdowns, and emotional regulation. Whether we’re addressing personal struggles or relationship dynamics, I aim to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
