Somatic Psychotherapist | Trauma, Eating Disorders and Mind-Body Integration
Therapy can be a powerful space to uncover and nurture parts of yourself that may have long been hidden or neglected. I believe healing is not a straight line, and together we can work through the themes of your story in a way that brings clarity, compassion and renewed energy for change. If you feel stuck in old cycles or worn-out patterns, I offer a grounded and supportive space to release what no longer serves you while honoring the resiliency that has carried you this far.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington, I approach therapy through a somatic and holistic lens. My work integrates attachment theories, depth-oriented care and mind-body awareness to help clients become more connected, present and aligned with themselves. I specialize in trauma recovery, eating disorders and somatic integration, inviting clients into a deeper understanding of their emotions, nervous system and lived experiences.
I am passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies and more integrated in their stories. My approach explores family of origin influences, cultural context, relational dynamics and resilience. I work with individuals who feel ready to step into new levels of accountability and self-discovery, cultivating meaningful change from the inside out.
Ashley earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Dance. Her background in movement and embodied practice allows her to bring a creative and intuitive awareness to therapeutic work, supporting clients in reconnecting with sensations, emotions and inner wisdom.
If you are ready for authentic, deep and lasting change, I would love to connect and explore how I can support your healing. Together we can co-create a path that honors your story and strengthens your capacity for growth.
