Begin the Healing You’ve Been Waiting For

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), I specialize in trauma and stress-related issues. My goal is to provide a relational, multicultural, and research-informed space where your story is honored and your healing journey is taken seriously.

Think of it like this: you are the essence of a pearl. My role? Like the grain of sand on the shore that helps form it, subtle, present, and purposeful.

Let’s begin building the inner refuge you’ve longed for. Reach out by phone or email to take the first step.

A Bit About Me

I’m a fully Eastern European soul living in the U.S., always chasing meaning, beauty, and the next mountain trail.

I’ve written poetry and songs since I was little, and I never say no to coffee or a flickering candle on a quiet night. I devour books, adore soccer and basketball, and I share life with an endlessly energetic dog.

I would describe myself as creative, wild-hearted, and deeply committed to helping people discover the strength and peace within them.

Let’s begin your journey.

I’m in your corner—and cheering you on.
