What sessions will be like
During a counseling session with me, you can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental approach. Collaboration is at the heart of the counseling process. Together, we will explore the root causes of your concerns and the impact they have on your life. My goal is to empower clients to develop the skills and insights necessary to lead happy and fulfilling lives, even after therapy has ended. Your input is valued in order to find the most effective strategies and tools for your progress. You are the expert on your own life! Together, we can navigate challenges, explore new possibilities, and empower you to live a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Bio
I decided to become a counselor because, in the darkest moments of my life, I found myself lost, alone, and completely hopeless. I was fortunate to have found a beacon of hope in my own counselor, who undoubtedly saved my life. It was because of my own journey that I became passionate about mental health counseling. It is a privilege and an honor to witness my clients’ courage, resilience, and commitment to change.
When I’m not working with clients you can find me laughing at my own jokes, more than anyone else. Listening to whatever music calls to me that day or cracking open one of my many hoarded books. I enjoy getting outside and exploring the beautiful state of Colorado with my furry sidekick, Lenny, and nourishing my spirit and body with movement.
