Bio:

When it comes to therapy, I understand that not everyone grows up in an environment where mental health is prioritized. This may mean that you don't have the emotional support you need from those around you. But when you come to a session with me, I want you to feel comfortable being your authentic self. Together, we will create a safe space where we can process everything you're ready to tackle. You can trust that I'll be there for you every step of the way, guiding you through your journey to healing.

What will sessions look like?

I begin our intake session by cultivating a warm and welcoming environment, as effective therapy relies on the establishment of a strong connection between client and clinician. It is through this connection that they can collaboratively work together towards positive outcomes. I emphasize client-focused therapy practices, drawing from a diverse range of treatment modalities. Together, we will discover the approach or combination that suits you best. During our sessions, you can expect authenticity, transparency, and professionalism, but above all, someone who genuinely cares about your well-being. I practice with conviction, empathy, compassion, and understanding, and I believe a touch of well-rounded humor can uplift our sessions. If you allow yourself to be open to the therapy process, we can navigate it together.

Brief Bio:

Ironically, my own struggle to find a caring and impactful therapist in my younger days led me to become one myself. Drawing from my own experiences, I made it my mission to be different and provide those who seek my help with a superior experience. In every session, my goal is to deliver nothing short of the best.

I was born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Long Island. Throughout my life, I have proudly identified as a New Yorker. As a Latina, I am passionate about serving my community and advocating for the rights and safety of others. After completing graduate school, my fiancé and I felt the need for a change, which led us to make the decision to move to Colorado. I enjoy various activities such as traveling, exploring new restaurants, and cherishing quality time with my fiancé and our two adorable twin Mini-Aussies.
