Bio:

Hello, I'm a dedicated professional who, since 2019, has passionately committed to guiding individuals toward their goals with practical strategies and empathic, non-judgmental therapy. Born in Juarez, Mexico, a border city adjacent to Texas, I am now a proud U.S. citizen. My journey in this country began a decade ago with my higher education pursuits at the University of Texas at El Paso.

Outside of my career, I am a joyful mother to three wonderful daughters, each carving their own unique paths in history, psychology, and high school education. They are my pride, living and working across Austin, TX, and San Francisco, CA. Our household is filled with love, also shared with our pets - Kiki our cat, and Coco our dog.

Life to me is a blend of shared meals and deep conversations with loved ones, the serenity of hiking, the constant joy of learning, the tranquility of meditation, and the liberating power of dance. I fervently believe in the potential of each individual and am passionate about helping people attain peace of mind, confidence, and joy.

My practice has encompassed various experiences such as volunteering for migrant children, working with veterans and their families, and more recently, adolescents. Another advantage I bring to my practice is my ability to communicate fluently in Spanish. It would be an honor and privilege to help you on your journey to fulfillment and well-being.
